He’s Our You Thoughts

I’m glad that they brought back the flashbacks; I enjoyed the flash-forward’s and the jumping back & forth between OC 6 & island jumping. But it’s nice to go back to the flashbacks in order to find out more about each character. Although now its kind of hard to strictly call them flashbacks since they are in the characters past, but technically some of the scenes were what was known as Flash-forward’s. But ether way I love these types of flashes where you get to see a mix of before the crash and after the OC 6 leaving the island.

The first scene reminded me a lot of Eko’s flashback where Remi had to kill the old guy but Eko did it for him. The other scenes were great because they finally explained why Sayid stopped working for Ben & hated him so and why Sayid went to save Hurley. I loved Sayid's airport realization moment just like Franks of it looks like I’m going back to the island anyways.

Young Riddle/Voldemort
The scenes between Ben & Sayid remind me of the sixth Harry Potter book. Harry & Dumbledore visit some of Dumbledore’s memories to find out about Voldemort/Riddle and how to beat him. Little Ben reminded me of young Riddle. The mixture of horrible treatment by his Father and the choices he had made in his life lead to who he was at that moment. Just like Riddle you could see the evil already taking hold on his soul. Which lead to his fixation towards the Hostiles. Well that and the desire to get away from his abusive Father. Both children grew up to do horrible things because of what had been done to them and the choices they had made in life. As for Sayid Lost is all about Redemption so I’m betting that by the time the series ends Sayid will make the choice to stop killing.

'Lost' Recap: A Will of Their Own

The trippy episode with many time-travel implications plays up the concept of free will as Sayid makes a stunning decision

TRAGIC HERO Sayid's life was set on its course very early, and it seems Ben was always meant to be a part of it

By Jeff Jensen

''The world is all that is encased here; life, death, people, the allies, and everything else that surrounds us. The world is incomprehensible. We won't ever understand it; we won't ever unravel its secrets. Thus we must treat it as it is, a sheer mystery!'' — Carlos Castaneda

LOST 5x10

Exclusive: Elizabeth Mitchell trading 'Lost' for 'V'?

Mar 20, 2009, 03:53 PM by Michael Ausiello

I sure hope this doesn't mean what I think it does: Lost heroine Elizabeth Mitchell has been cast in ABC's eagerly anticipated V pilot.

Are you thinking what I'm thinking -- that this confirms Juliet as the major character who gets bumped off at this season's end? Yeah, I kinda thought you might be with me on that one.
However, my moles at ABC and Warner Bros. (which is producing V) say we need to chill, because Mitchell is just a guest star on V. But, however much I may want to chill, that's pretty hard to do, since everyone told me the same thing when tailie Cynthia Watros booked a pilot (and two months later, Libby was pushing up daisies).

So what do you think? Am I making much ado about nothing? Or is Juliet a goner? And in either case, how much cooler a project is V now that Mitchell's attached? I'm thinking "way."

Thoughts on Namaste

By Paul Burrows

Setting up the rest of the season
This episode was a great way to reunite Sawyers group with Jack’s group and getting them all into the Dharma Initiative. It also reestablished the Quadrangle and the rivalry between Jack & Sawyer and between Kate & Juliet. I loved their stare down. It also established Radinsky which was awesome; What Sun & Frank will be doing and Young Ben and a promise of learning more about him.

Emilie de Ravin: From Lost Princess to Indie Queen

Apr 24, 2008 01:48 AM ET by TV Guide News

Emilie de Ravin by Mario Perez/ABC
Good luck forecasting Emilie de Ravin's next big-screen role. The ambitious Aussie beauty, who TV fans best know as Lost's Claire Littleton, this week is celebrating the Tribeca Film Festival premiere of Ball Don't Lie, yet another edgy endeavor she can add to her resume alongside Brick and The Hills Have Eyes. welcomed the chance to ask de Ravin about her latest "interesting" film role, her romantic comedy aspirations (if she has them) and, of course, the increasingly shaky outlook for Lost's Claire. - Matt Webb Mitovich
