Paul - it is so hard to believe the relative age of this blog. It seems like you started it a long time ago - and then I think, Karl was just killed and you were talking how the Picture of him in the header was a nice tribute. That was right before the hiatus. Wow. What in the ^%$# are we gonna do with 7 months on our hands? 10,000 posts indeed.
The Dharma logo for Room 23 should have three elements.
The center section should be divided horizontally across the center by a BRIDGE.
Above it, a DOOR with a keyhole on the left, with XXIII over the keyhole, and, to the right of it, a skeleton KEY pointed toward it. The door implies a room, obviously - Room 23.
Beneath the bridge an empty circle with a diagonal slash - the universal "NO" SYMBOL. Positioning it Under The Bridge, the traditional lurking-place for trolls... well the "no trolls" message is obvious.
