Kaaawa Valley/Kualoa Ranch = The Tempist

Back during World War 2, after Pearl Harbor the Army toke over part of Kaaawa Valley/Kualoa Ranch and turned it into a secret area to protect the coast from attacks. Many of the bunkers were still there along with this tunnel system which was used to film the exterior scenes of the Dharma Station the Tempest.

YMCA Camp Erdman = Dharmaville/New Otherton

Dharmaville/New Otherton was filmed at the YMCA Camp Erdman which is a youth camp for those who don't have the financial resources to afford to go to a summer camp. Its to bad that Ben didn't know that otherwise he wouldn't have needed to steal kids from the Survivors Camp. LOL The funny thing is that about one block away is where they filmed the Survivor Camp and a block in the opposite direction is where they shot the Tailies Beach camp.

Interior of the building that was used in the Dharma days to process new recruits.

'Lost' star surprised by fans' grief

By BILL HARRIS, QMI Agency

Last Updated: March 18, 2010 1:46pm

Sawyer (Josh Holloway, left) and Juliet (Elizabeth Mitchell) in one of Lost's heartbreaking death scenes. LOS ANGELES — Elizabeth Mitchell said she was shocked by the outpouring of grief from fans when her character on Lost was killed earlier this season.

“That was surprising,” said Mitchell, who played Juliet. “I never thought Juliet was particularly likable, so I was surprised that people were sad that she died.”

Mitchell has gone on to star in V, which returns with a new episode March 30 on ABC and A. Lost, meanwhile, is in the middle of its sixth and final season on ABC and CTV.

In Lost, of course, death is a relative thing. Mitchell is returning to the show in some form, and she said she was due to receive the series-finale script some time this week.

When asked if Juliet and Sawyer (played by Josh Holloway) might be living together happily in Lost’s alternate universe, Mitchell said, “I love to think that.”

Mitchell chuckled when considering that Juliet kind of died twice. She fell down a well in the finale of Season 5, and was presumed dead, but then she was still breathing for a short time in the first episode of Season 6, just long enough to die in Sawyer’s arms.

“I had somebody say to me, ‘Like, really? I already cried!’ ” Mitchell said with a laugh. “And I was like, ‘Well, we didn’t ask you to cry again! I didn’t write it! They just asked me to come back and I said yes!’

“So maybe a little overkill on that one.”

Kristen: Michael Emerson's thoghts on Juliets death

Scott in Halifax, Nova Scotia: Lost!

At the 35th Annual Saturn Awards in Burbank, Calif., we asked Lost's Michael Emerson how Ben (who once crushed hard on Juliet) would react to the news that she had nuked herself, and Emerson said: "Ben's no longer in a position to entertain romantic notions. I don't think there's room for romance in Ben's world right now. As much as he admires her on a lot of levels, I don't think he can do anything about it." We also asked, on a scale of one to 10, how he would rate Elizabeth Mitchell's awesomeness? "It would be a number higher than 10." Word.

Jill in Auckland, New Zealand: I need some new Lost news!

The best we can offer you on this fine afternoon is Lost show runner Carlton Cuse saying nothing about Lost at the Saturn Awards, but saying it darn well:

Watch With Kristin: How much of the speculation on the Internet about Lost season six is correct? Give us a percentage.

Carlton Cuse: I'm not really good at math, so no speculation about that.

WWK: You're the best stonewaller ever.

CC: This is what we like to call stonewalling season, where we try to preserve radio silence—but we'll be coming out of Comic-Con with some cool things, I think, so we're excited about that.

WWK: There is one very important question.

CC: OK.

WWK: Can you get Josh Holloway to come to Comic-Con?

CC: Mmmm...That's a good idea, which I will pitch to the appropriate parties. Josh is great. We would love it if Josh would come.

WWK: And here's a question you're not going to answer. Season one: Jack's the most important person ever. Season four: Ben's the key to everything. Season five: Jacob. If you had to pick a character who was the most central to what Lost is in the end, who would it be?

CC: You're right, I'm not going to answer that.

1. We tried.
2. Tell Holloway in the comments that he should appear on Lost's final Comic-Con panel

EW: Doc Jensen: 'Lost': Juliet's Odyssey

Doc Jensen's post-finale thoughts focus on the woman who may foretell the essential storyline for season 6. Plus: The start of Doc Jensen's Hiatus Reading List, a ''Lost'' character as Oedipus, an update on that Survey, and a new Totally Lost

R.I.P., JULIET BURKE She may be gone (emphasis on the may) but as this week's Doc Jensen column shows, she won't soon be forgotten

'THE BURNER OF SHIPS
Mourning Juliet, Nausicaa-Isis. PLUS! Meet the secret father-killing, mother-humping Oedipus of Lost!

In the aftermath of last week's season finale, ''The Incident,'' there has been much gnashing of teeth and shredding of hairshirts over the death of Juliet Burke, who tumbled down a Swan hole and may have incinerated post-September 2004 history. I, too, am sad to see her go, and much more sad to see the departure of Elizabeth Mitchell, whose simultaneously sad and steely performance — assayed with cool and witty understatement — was a great gift to the series. I hear Mitchell — who has been tapped to headline ABC's reboot of the cheez-o-riffic sci-fi series V — may appear next season in cameo spots. I hope so: Juliet's romance with Sawyer was one of season 5's biggest surprises and creative successes, and I have to think that if Mitchell were available, Lost would want to explore this storyline, or give it just one more beat of closure. Here's how I think they would do it:
