Actress Evangeline Lilly attends a special screening of the new documentary 'Stones In Exhile' at The Museum of Modern Art, Tuesday, May 11, 2010 in New York.
Evangeline Lilly, who plays Kate on Lost, has been making the talk show circuit this week. On Monday's Late Show with David Letterman, she said the upcoming end of Lost "represents the show nicely."
Letterman followed her reply by saying the only logical way to end the series is to have all of the characters wake up and realize they were part of some dream.
"You're hoping for the dream-out?" she replied. "You're the least imaginative person in North America."
Lilly said she doesn't want to be a movie star. She plans to try to write her own screenplays, children's stories and novels. "My dream in life would be to be a writer and a mother and have a simpler life. So that's what I'll pursue."
